Pop- Up! At Raylee's: Flash Tattoo Event

Galentine's Day Flash Tattoo Pop-Up with Tattoo34 and more! Raylee (3080 SE Division St, Portland, OR 97202) is hosting an EXTRA SPECIAL Galentine's Day pop-up with Tattoo 34 (BIPOC- and woman-owned) on Thursday, February 13th during Raylee’s regular store hours (11a-6p). They'll be offering up flash tattoos for $80 (black ink only; $100 for red or pink ink add-ons). That's about half of the regular minimum! Three artists will be here in the Raylee Lounge - Sierra, Ciel, and Sham. The list and first appointment start at 11a when we open, so don't wait to come in!
