To honor our beliefs, we give back.

Give back.

We are a tattoo shop that believes in our art, culture, youth & the health and wellness of our community. We believe in the power of community, connection, and change. To honor our beliefs, we give back.

Tattoo 34 donates to and does fundraisers for non-profits, youth programs, health programs and programs that help our local BIPOC community. Over the past several years (2019-2023) Tattoo 34 and the tattoo artists have donated over $60,000 (in cash, gift cards, or volunteer time).

We are narrowing our focus for fundraisers and donations to better support Native/Indigenous and Black organizations in our community. If you are looking for volunteers, donations or fundraisers and your organization is primarily supporting Native/Indigenous and/or Black youth, wellness or art fill out this form:

Community based.

We are a tattoo shop rooted in community. On a foundational level we are giving back to our community and local economy by prioritizing hiring other BIPOC owned or women owned small businesses, when a resource is needed.

Being able to give back at this small level, to other local businesses owners like ourselves, who live and work in our community, is part of what makes owning a business so rewarding.

  • Aspiring BIPOC tattoo artist fund.

Tattoo 34 is committed to helping BIPOC artists who are underrepresented in the PDX tattoo community.

Our fund donates to BIPOC artists working to get into the tattoo industry in Oregon and navigating becoming a tattoo artist through the state licensing system. We want to help make a more diverse Portland tattoo industry by offering financial and mentoring support.

We have already donated our time and money to several BIPOC artists and we are working to grow and implement this fund.

100% of these donations will go to artists in the Oregon tattoo school system.

  • The cupcake tattoo fund.

Tattoo 34 has teamed up with The Cupcake Girls, a non-profit organization here in Portland, who provides confidential nonjudgmental support and resources to those involved in the sex industry and those affected by domestic sex trafficking. Learn more about them here: www.thecupcakegirls.org

We created a “Cupcake Tattoo Fund” that is used by clients of The Cupcake Girls to get branding tattoos covered up. The fund will cover the cost of the tattoo.

The National Congress of American Indians found that an estimated 40 percent of women who are victims of sex trafficking identify as American Indian, Alaska Native, or First Nations. We want to bring awareness to the issue of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women & Girls and help our local community.

100% of these donations will be used to cover up branding tattoos.
